#HTBrandStudioLive | “The internet has fuelled the aspirations of consumers in tier 2, 3 and 4 towns. This is clearly visible in their buying patterns. The sale of western garments has peaked while there has been a dip in the sale of ethnic garments,” says Ravinder Singh, COO, 1-India Family Mart.

Jay Prakash Shukla, co-founder and CEO, 1-India Family Mart, talks about how they are using Big Data to analyse the buying behaviour of small-town consumers and strategising their marketing plans based on the same. Singh adds that they have also tied up with a technology partner to create an omnichannel app.
